ACC Coaching at ADCI
The Army Cadet College (ACC) is a prestigious institution that trains serving Indian Army soldiers to become commissioned officers. The ACC entry scheme is designed for serving personnel of the Army, Navy, and Air Force who aspire to join the Indian Military Academy (IMA) and get a Permanent Commission. Unlike direct entries like CDS or NDA, the ACC is an internal promotion exam, making it unique and highly respected.
The ACC course duration is four years (three years at ACC Wing and one year at IMA, Dehradun). It develops leadership, academic, and military skills to mold soldiers into capable officers.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a serving soldier (Army, Navy, Air Force).
Age limit: 20 to 27 years.
Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 / equivalent from a recognized board.
Must have completed at least 2 years of service.
Should clear the Unit-level screening and SSB interview after clearing the ACC written exam.
Medically fit as per defense standards.
