Educational Services (Courses, Study Materials, Workshops):

  1. Once purchased, educational services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  2. Please ensure you review the course or service details before making a payment.

Career Counseling Sessions:

  • You may reschedule a booked career counseling session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

If you miss the session or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

Educational Services:
Payments for online courses, study materials, or educational resources are non-refundable once access is granted or materials are delivered.

Career Counseling Sessions:

  • If a session is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (technical issues, unavailability, etc.), you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided for customer-initiated cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Special Situations
We may consider a refund under special circumstances such as:

  • Double payment due to a technical error.
  • Service not delivered (technical issues on our end). In such cases, please email us at kutty.anees@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, and our team will review your case.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
